Student Internship

Undergraduate students who are enrolled in a Bachelor, Master, or German Diploma degree program at their home university can join the CSBD for a research internship of typically two to four months duration. Applications are exclusively accepted through the Student Research Internships Program of the IMPRS-CellDevoSys.

Internships are open to motivated undergraduate students who are enthusiastic about adding a truly exciting research experience to university studies. Our interns take a front-row seat to participate in research in progress and are members of the hosting research groups. Moreover, IMPRS interns obtain scientific work experience in our highly cooperative and international research environment. The internship period is spent working on a scientific research question, with support and advice provided by both young and experienced researchers in the host group. All interns receive financial support from the IMPRS-CellDevoSys.
